ROV means remotely operated vehicle. The CCROV is an underwater robot with a 4K camera, allowing user to shoot underwater photos and videos while viewing the live video feedback at the same time.
CCROV is mainly used to shoot underwater images and videos. It can dive up to 100 meters (328 feet) deep, and will stream live HD video on your phone or tablet. It is an efficient tool for diving site inspection
, fishing, boating, yachting, sailing and other ocean sports; also can be used as professional detection equipment for aquaculture industry, infrastructure inspection,wreck detection, general adventure
aid and other underwater observation tasks.
Take the CCROV out of the box, connect the cable to the robot, turn on the battery and the controller, connect it to the APP, then put the robot into water, and use the joystick to operate it.
At this stage the CCROV has to be controlled from the shore, but we are currently working on the development of an accessory
allowing an underwater control.
We provide a 12 months warranty for CCROV machine, and 6 months warranty for battery, AC Module and remote controller. Free repairs and component replacements will be provided under the warranty
period for manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn’t cover misuse of the product, human factors, surface damages, bumps or scratches.

CCROV has 4 LED lights in the front and each of them is 350 lumen.
CCROV is equipped with 6 thrusters and can move in 5 dimensions (forward & back/left & right/up & down/yaw/roll). It’s very maneuverable and can move flexible even in less than 1 m²space.
ROLL Axis of CCROV just can adjust its posture automatically to keep the meso-position according to its IMU. Angel can not be adjusted.
The embedded software in CCROV is developing all the time, we will UPDATE IT when needed. At present, it is not open sourced.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store and the Google Play Store. It gives you live video feedback on your phone/tablet, allows you to take pictures and videos and display information such as
battery level. You can also control the CCROV on the CCROV App without a remote controller.
When the battery life reaches 20%, the APP will display a Low Battery warning. You can guide the CCROV back to you or pull the cable if the battery dies. The cable can resist a 100kg pull force so you do
not need to worry about breaking anything.
The CCROV do has the heading setting function, you can check and set its heading direction on the app.
Photos: you can use tablet/cellphone/computer to connect TDS wifi to download the recorded photos(.jpg). Then can upload to everywhere. Videos: you can use android tablet/android cellphone/computer to connect TDS wifi to download the recorded videos (MP4). Then can upload to everywhere. (Currently, download videos by IOS cellphone or tablet is not available.)
Take the battery out of the Tether Deployment System (TDS) to charge it. One full charge takes around 90 minutes.
The battery is located in the TDS and supplies power to ROV by tether.
A fully charged battery can support 1 hour’s dive and can be replaced easily. We also provide an AC-module (220V) as an accessory to provide sustainable electricity.
Battery is not waterproof and it is without seal ring. Because it should be used on shore.
The TDS is waterproof, but to avoid the damage, it should be away from the water.
The tether could be separable with robot but it is fixed on TDS.
At present, we provide 25m, 50m, 75m, and 95m cables options. The cable is faxed on TDS, not able to be separated. but the separable cable in TDS have been in our plan . Different type of cable need buy the whole TDS.
We apply IEEE802 wifi protocol, and it’s public.
There are 2 methods of power supply to the tether. One method is by Li-ion battery, the battery can be replaced and recharge.
The battery charger’s information is as below: Input: AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 1.5A Output: DC 63V,1.1A.
The other way is by connecting external AC Module to the TDS to provide continuous electricity Input: 90-305 VAV Output: 12V-54V.
That could be an option in the product upgrade plan.
CCROV sends the real-time 720P video signal through the tether up to the surface and the signal is transmitted by Wi-Fi from TDS to the phone/tablet/controller.
For now, just can have date & time while recording.
